The International Cloud Humanitarian Relief Health and Education Foundation (ICF) is moving forward with the Inclusive Hatay Healthcare and Rehabilitation Initiative in Hatay aiming to strengthen community well-being and social inclusion in one of the provinces hardest hit by the 2023 earthquakes.
The project centers on the establishment of the Inclusive Active Living Center, a facility designed to offer physical rehabilitation, psychological counseling, and family support services to vulnerable individuals, including women, widows, and persons with disabilities.
In addition, ICF has commenced construction of a 2-Doctor Family Health Center, which will soon provide essential primary healthcare services to the local community. Meanwhile, planning is underway for a 3-Doctor Family Health Center, with location selection currently in progress. Together, these facilities will form a cornerstone of ICF’s long-term vision to improve health access and empower families across Hatay.
The project also envisions awareness and training programs to enhance well-being, social participation, and independence among beneficiaries. By combining health, rehabilitation, and counseling services under one inclusive framework, ICF seeks to restore dignity, stability, and hope to families still rebuilding their lives after the disaster.
