3. Third-Party Services

To display our site quickly and correctly, fonts are loaded from Google Fonts and some code libraries from the jsDelivr content delivery network. These providers may process technical information such as your IP address in order to deliver files to your browser; they do not set cookies through our website.

The map on our contact page is provided by Google Maps (Google LLC). When the map loads, technical information such as your IP address is sent to Google.

With your consent, we use Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC, to measure site visits. Google Analytics processes data such as the pages you visit, visit duration, device and browser information and approximate location, and this data may be processed by Google outside Türkiye. The social media links on our website (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, X, TikTok, Bluesky) are plain links. When you click them, the privacy and cookie policies of the relevant platform apply.

4. Legal Basis

Essential cookies are used on the legal ground, set out in Article 5(2) of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, that processing is necessary for the Foundation’s legitimate interests, provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. Non-essential cookies are used only with your explicit consent.
